My motivation stems from a deep passion for enhancing their well-being and independence, and I find immense satisfaction in making a positive impact on their lives while offering families peace of mind. I approach each care recipient with patience, empathy, and a friendly demeanor, always striving to create a comfortable and safe environment. I'm experienced in home health, respite care, transportation, errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text updates, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications.
