About Christina

Aloha! Children are a passion of mine. I find their curiosity and ability to live in the moment very amusing. Though I have none of my own yet.. I have several nieces, nephews, and god-children that I adore. My childcare background starts at a young age in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where my mom owned a Day Care center next to our grade school. I would help with various tasks and had a natural ability for caregiving. In middle school I'd assist my mom with a summer program for kids with disabilities. In high school I was a tutor. I attended college in Santa Barbara, CA where I was also a nanny for a child from 7 months old to 8 years old. I am an engaging sitter who loves being in the moment with the child while being safe and responsible. I can assist with preparing meals, feeding, nap schedule, appropriate play, and bedtime routine. I love teaching and sharing knowledge. I am professional yet personable and can help in several ways. I look forward to meeting your family.
