About Christina

Hi! My name is Christina, and I have been teaching for 21 years. I am a reliable, patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic educator who is passionate about helping children learn and grow. I currently teach 4th grade and hold a Master's degree in Literacy Education with a Reading Specialist Certification. I am also Orton-Gillingham certified. I put a lot of creativity and fun into my lessons and strive to help each student reach their full potential. My greatest joy is seeing students become confident, successful, and engaged learners. My passion is teaching ELA and fostering a love of reading and writing in children. In addition to my teaching experience, I provide a safe, supervised, and stable environment for children. I am very family-oriented and spend a great deal of time with my three nieces. I truly enjoy working with children and creating positive, supportive experiences that help them thrive.
