I'm a dependable, patient mom of 2 teens with 20+ years of childcare experience. I began babysitting at 12 and have cared for children of many ages and needs. As a mother of a child with significant medical needs, I'm calm under pressure, detail-focused, and highly compassionate. Those experiences shaped my approach: every child deserves to feel safe, supported, understood and genuinely valued. I spent 8 years working at a Children's Hospital, and now work as a Senior Business Analyst, bringing strong organization, communication, and reliability to every family I support. I'm happy to help with homework, meal prep, games, reading, crafts, and bedtime routines. I enjoy keeping a tidy home and creating a safe, positive, structured environment where kids feel supported and can thrive. I'm CPR certified and comfortable caring for up to 3 children ages 3+.
