About Christie

Empowering and nurturing students to gain greater confidence and joy in learning is at the heart of my practice! Graduating from a top college in the US and with experience in SAT bootcamps and classes, I teach SAT, Math, English, and test preparation for learners ranging from elementary school to college. My approach focuses on understanding a student's goals, baseline knowledge, strengths and weaknesses, and then tailoring the teaching style to the student. I prioritize building a supportive relationship of rapport with students, and I believe clear communication with both the student and their parents is essential for progress.
