About Christie

I've worked as a professional Nanny for many years including before, during, and after graduating from California State University, Northridge with a B. A. in Communication Studies. I also volunteer regularly at Superior Street Elementary school where my mother teaches 2nd grade. Growing up with 4 siblings, one with special needs, and working as a counselor at pediatric network therapy I'm very comfortable with multiple children and those with special needs. I've been trained in First Aid and have completed multiple courses in child development. I've always enjoyed spending time with kids whether we're going on an adventure or learning something new. Without question I share my mom's passion for lifting up and teaching our youth. And if I've learned anything spending so much time caring for children it's that I learn just as much or more from them.
