About Christie

Hello! After a wonderful and diverse 30-year nursing career (in many pediatric settings), and as a proud mother of two humans who grew up to be wonderful and productive adults (one of whom has children of their own), I can say that caring for children has been a constant joy in my life. For the past four years I have had the pleasure and privilege of caring for my elderly father. My daughter has now joined me to share in caring for him and I am excited to get back out into the world. I am eager to return to one of my greatest joys and strengths, working with kids, encouraging physical and mental health, and promoting curiosity. I love getting outside, crafting, ice cream and learning new things with little ones. I am able and willing to perform household tasks as well. I am fully vaccinated!
