I prioritize earning trust and adapting to changing routines, especially when handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I keep families informed with verbal updates or through their preferred communication method. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations. I can assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have CPR and First Aid Training. My education includes some college coursework. I speak English and Tagalog.
