If you get the opportunity to have her as your nanny I highly suggest you take it! At first her safety procedure during the hiring process threw me off, but it was certainly worth it. As a first time mom she taught me several tricks I didn't know. She made such an improvement in my infants sleep schedule then even gave me valuable tips on teething, weaning, and introducing solid foods. I trusted her more with caring for my daughter then my own parents. Don't know what I would have done without her!
