About Christen

Unlocking your unique academic potential is my primary goal as an educator! With 17 years of experience and a background as a certified teacher, I specialize in creating supportive, engaging environments where students from elementary school through college can thrive. I am well-versed in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504), allowing me to tailor my approach to your specific needs. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I adapt my strategies--using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples--to ensure complex concepts become manageable. I believe clear communication builds the trust necessary for your success. Whether we are mastering a new foreign language or breaking down challenging problems, I am here to celebrate your progress and build your confidence. I truly look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward achieving your academic goals.
