About Christen

Fueling children's curiosity and development is my passion. My journey began with babysitting my family's kids at the age of 15 and grew into a genuine desire to positively impact young lives. I have two years of paid experience caring for children aged 1-11, however, my experience overall has been over 10 years. I hold a bachelors degree in psychology and chose to focus on Early Childhood Development Coursework. I am comfortable caring for up to two children since I also have a toddler who is 2 and approaching 3 quickly. My approach is creative and friendly. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, doing arts and crafts, and educational games that make learning fun. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and always communicate with parents using their preferred method. I can cook, assist with homework, and carpool. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and skills to your family.
