Christelle has demonstrated a natural ability to connect with kids, fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. She is patient, attentive, fun, creative, flexible and reliable. Christelle also incorporates educational and safe outdoor activities, her communication skills are excellent eg ; every morning we would touch base and review the calendar/itinerary for the day.
