I have been working as a professional senior caregiver for over 10 years. I started out in the field as a senior companion and fell in love with the work. Through the years I have worked with many different seniors with different needs. I have experience with seniors that suffer from Alzheimer's and dementia- from early onset all through the final stages. I am a very upbeat, energetic and positive person who is very easy to get along with. I have an assertive yet laid back approach that has yielded much success with my clients. I have a keen understanding of human behavior which helps me identify the specific needs of each individual. I also have a background in cooking so I am available to prepare a wide variety of dishes. Senior care is not a hobby for me, it's what I love to do. I treat every person I work with as if they were a member of my own family.
