I am committed to supporting well-being and independence, and I value creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. My skills include respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility and physical activity. I also have experience in dementia care and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families using their preferred method. My background includes working in assisted living facilities and in home care companies. I have earned a license in CNA.
