Christa is extremely communicative via text and on the phone. I was very reassured when I talked with her as she's a mom and "gets it".. She is helping me with after-school pick up and has been very thorough, dependable, and (bonus!) my kids think she is super nice and friendly. They're teenagers so that's a big deal! Five stars all around.
