My name is Christabel, I am a current Vanderbilt student in the Human Development Counseling Master's program! My undergraduate education was at Gardner-Webb University, where I earned my B. S. in Psychology and was a Division 1 athlete. My experience working with kids comes from being a private soccer trainer (ages 5-15) and being the oldest of 4 siblings. As a private soccer trainer, I have worked with kids of all personalities and ages! I have a younger brother (age 12) and two younger sisters (age 5 and 7). Taking care of them entailed getting them up and ready for school, making breakfasts/lunches/dinners, taking them to extracurricular activities, playing with them inside and outside, and getting them ready for bed. I'd describe my personality as honest, responsible, and positive. I like working with kids because they have such wonder and joy for the world around them! In my spare time, I like to read, listen to podcasts, exercise, and spend time with friends/family.
