About Christabel

Hi there, my name is Christabel and I'm a patient and creative 32-year-old! My favorite age groups to work with are middle and high schoolers but I have experience with all ages and love working in elderly care and special needs care as well. I'm open to part time positions, with a preference for regular commitments. I have worked for 5 families, one for two years, and the others for 6-18 months each. I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and have taken courses in child development. I am also an experienced humanities-based tutor with a Masters in Creative Writing from Emerson College. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I love to be active outdoors, hang out with with my black cat, and paint!
