Graceful Hands provides private-pay, non-medical in-home support for adults who need a helping hand at home whether they are transitioning home after a hospital or rehabilitation stay, need companionship and supervision, or simply need additional assistance to maintain their independence. Services may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility and walking assistance, errands, transportation assistance, and support with everyday routines.
