I cared for my Father in his final days, bathing, medicines, make meals, drive him to his favorite spots when he no longer could. Lived in his home final four months, so met with nurses, hospice, etc. Grandmother: Took from Nursing home on trips to break up her routine, took her to lunch or where ever she wanted to go. Wheelchair included. I get along with the elderly very well, and most of the time, they just need companions. I worked in Nursing homes when I was younger, and they felt alone, so did all I could to help them pass time. I worked unpaid in the Beauty Shop of a Richland Life Care facility helping out washing hair, setting and combing out the youngers one the Licensed Beautician wasn't comfortable with.
