Claire has been an integral part of our family for a little under a year. We hired her to help with our transition from 2-3 and then take over caring for our infant son. Claire is dependable, takes initiative, does other tasks without being told to do so, and loves my children like her own. My 2 and 4 year old just adore her and I have never once felt uneasy leaving them or my infant with her. She radiates happiness and self-confidence and I love that she is a role model for my girls.
