I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and always follow their preferred method. Building a strong connection with your loved one is important to me. I focus on understanding their history and earning their trust. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I provide respite care, live-in home care, transportation, hospice services, and more.
