I’m sharing this review to help prevent similar situations for other families. Chrisandra is generally nice and patient, embodying a very Gen-Z mentality. However, my experience was disappointing. In August 2025, I arranged for Chrisandra to care for my children while I traveled alone. We had one discussion about payment, which I intended to clarify in person, as it would have benefited her greatly. Unfortunately, the night before she was set to begin a five-day commitment, I received a text from her at 3 a.m. stating that she wanted to terminate our agreement. She cited a need to “prioritize her mental and emotional wellbeing.” This excuse felt unprofessional, especially since it seemed to coincide with her family arriving from Jamaica the same day she was supposed to care for my kids. It left me feeling abandoned, and I believe it reflects a lack of maturity and compassion. One more thing worth mentioning: Chrisandra's approach to transportation illustrates her mindset. She uses Uber to commute to and from work, often opting for the Uber xShare option. This means she will wait at your house for an extra 10-30 minutes to get the cheapest ride possible, while still charging you for the additional time it takes for someone to join her ride share. If you're considering hiring Chrisandra, please proceed with caution. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend relying on her for any important family commitments or vacation plans.
