With experience as a behavioral technician and teacher's assistant, I've provided one-on-one support to children in both educational and behavioral settings. At Rainbow Daycare, I assisted with lesson planning, led age-appropriate learning activities, and supported students through key developmental milestones. As a behavioral technician at Point Quest and Amergis, I used ABA techniques to teach communication, academic, and daily living skills to children with autism and developmental delays. I adapt my approach to meet each child's unique learning style, fostering confidence and progress through patience, structure, and positive reinforcement.
