I went on to become a Junior Staff member, and eventually a paid Staff member. As a Staff member, I engaged children in developmental activities and supervised the children in my designated area. By the end of my senior year of high-school, I had 4 years of experience at the Boys & Girls Club. I truly loved my experience at the Boys & Girls Club and I am excited to continue working with children.
