Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. During my year of experience, I have learned that every learner thrives when concepts are connected to their personal interests and broken down into manageable steps. I actively listen and observe how you interact with new material, allowing me to adapt my approach using visual aids, discussions, or hands-on practice. My background includes training in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), which helps me provide tailored guidance in Math, English, and study skills for elementary and middle school students. Clear communication with both you and your parents remains my priority to ensure we build a collaborative, successful environment.
