About Chloe

Empowering students to master new skills is at the heart of my teaching practice. I've tutored English, writing (including college essays), French, and math one-on-one, working with students from middle schoolers through adults. Before diving into content, I take the time to understand how a student thinks and learns, then build a plan around them. My focus is on developing genuine skill and independence, not just short-term progress, so that what a student learns with me lasts beyond our sessions. I hold students to a high standard while remaining patient and encouraging, to help build confidence and mastery. I believe strongly in clear, consistent communication with parents, so you always have visibility into your child's progress. I'm an alumna of High School and the University of Pennsylvania, where I graduated with high honors. I'm also trilingual in English, French, and Spanish. I'm easy to reach and happy to answer any questions.
