I am a college graduate, and my background has equipped me with the skills to support your loved ones with respite care, transportation, hospice services, errands, shopping, and home health. I also provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable, and I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build strong connections. I can de-escalate stressful situations and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I provide regular verbal updates or communicate via text or phone calls, always following your preferred method. Helping your loved ones maintain their well-being and independence is my goal, and I am CPR and First Aid certified.
