I am looking to nanny for a family with children during the summer months. I am a secondary education major at UVU. I have paid experience as a para-educator in Kindergarten and substitute teaching all grades. I am very patient and attentive with children. My past experience has emphasized teaching boundaries and emotional intelligence. I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, caring, and fun. I like working with kids because I find it deeply rewarding to watch them grow and progress. I'm looking for a job that allows me to collaborate with parents by communicating their needs, boundaries, and goals effectively. I started working with kids for school credit when I started college. I started working with kids for a living at the beginning of the current school year. In my spare time, I like to read, bake, and spend time with my husband. My skills include emotional intelligence, patience, and being an authoritative presence.
