Kind, responsible, and energetic caregiver with a passion for working with children. I have several years of experience as a tutor and babysitter, starting in middle school and continuing through high school. Growing up with a younger sister also helped me develop strong caregiving skills early on. I love being a positive role model and strive to help children build confidence, kindness, and independence. My approach is creative and engaging. I enjoy crafts, sports, outdoor play, and imaginative activities while also maintaining structure and respecting household rules. I have over 3 years of corporate restaurant experience, which strengthened my responsibility, time management, teamwork, and ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and organization. I value open communication with parents and adapt to their preferred style. I am also currently learning Spanish.
