About Chloe

My name is Chloe, I am looking for opportunities to help out and expand my care giving knowledge. I am 18 years old, I have had my license for over a year and have my own car. I currently work full time at a private Care Home for adults with developmental disabilities and it's very similar to nannying. I cook, clean, give them their medication, take them on outings, and overall just be a friend and companion to them. When it comes to children I love them and they tend to like me as-well. I was a cheerleader so l have a bubbly personality and kids love it. I love to do fun activities with kids and help out parents. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written reports and ensuring that any concerns or issues are addressed promptly through their preferred communication method. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' lead, ensuring that the children are cared for in a consistent and respectful manner.
