Howdy! I'm Chloe, a licensed massage therapist of 12 years shifting into part-time senior companionship care in Denton. My background in bodywork has taught me patience, presence, and respect for the nervous system--skills that translate beautifully into elder care. I currently care weekly for a dear friend and love supporting aging with dignity, laughter, and connection. I offer calm companionship and light support for seniors who want independence with someone available for help, conversation, or encouragement. I'm comfortable with tension, mobility limitations, and anxiety, and I enjoy helping people feel grounded and at ease. Services: companionship, gentle mobility/stretching, errands/appointments, meal prep, hydration and medication reminders, light housekeeping/pet care, reading or activities.
