About Chloe

Childcare, to me, is the intentional support of children's growth, safety, and confidence through consistent care, structure, and encouragement. Through six years as a softball coach, I learned to teach teamwork, discipline, and resilience while creating a positive, motivating environment. My four years in childcare strengthened my ability to manage routines, support developmental milestones, and respond patiently to individual needs. As a private nanny for three boys over two years, childcare meant building trust, maintaining daily structure, and nurturing emotional security. Overall, childcare is guiding children to feel safe, valued, and capable while supporting families with reliable, compassionate care consistently.
