Once hired, I will provide compassionate, hands on care that enhances the comfort, dignity, and well being of each resident. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility. I will closely monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team, ensuring timely and appropriate care. In addition to clinical responsibilities, I will build trusting relationships with patients by showing empathy, patience, and respect. They support emotional needs, communicate clearly with families, and maintain a positive, professional attitude even during high pressure situations. I am also dependable, punctual, and a team player helping residents to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
