Chloe has been watching my 6 year old daughter for the last 6 years. She is extremely patient and caring with my 6 year old. She is hardworking, very punctual and very flexible. I travel as part of my job and my schedule can be rather unpredictable; generally when that happens Chloe is able to fill in with very little notice. Chloe has been watching my daughter since she was born so she has experience with infants, toddlers and young children. She is structured when she needs to be but will also initiate and engage my six year old in creative activities. At the end of her shift she always makes sure to clean up; in doing so she has taught my six year old how to clean up after herself (with a little bit of help!). I would highly recommend Chloe to any family.
