I've worked with children and adults across the autism spectrum, including non-verbal individuals, sensory seekers, and those who thrive with routine and gentle guidance. I previously served as a Director for a developmental disabilities agency, but realized I missed the one-on-one connection, so I returned to caregiving. I thrive in calm, patient, hands-on roles where I can truly get to know someone and support their personality, strengths, and communication style. I love creating predictable routines, supporting emotional regulation, and helping busy individuals feel safe, understood, and celebrated.
