Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this housekeeper due to reliability and communication issues. She cleaned our home twice and did a great job both times, so the quality of the work itself was not the problem. However, after that, she called in sick for one scheduled visit, left halfway through another visit, and then no-call/no-showed for the next scheduled cleaning. Since then, she has not responded to my texts. I understand people get sick and things come up, but communication is the bare minimum when someone is relying on you for scheduled work. The lack of notice and follow-up left us scrambling and made it impossible to continue using her services. Good cleaning when she shows up, but the reliability and communication were not acceptable.
