About Chivon

I have over 24 years of experience in the health field. I began working with abused children in the group home settings in my early 20s. It was very, very rewarding, and I learned so much with that experience. I then went on to manage a home working with 14 schizophrenic men, where I had to manage their daily activities and care. Then, I worked in my late 20s as a Mental Health Worker for Tewksbury State Hospital in Massachusetts. In my early 30s, I worked the locked units at Whittier Hospital Alzheimer Dementia units. When my 3rd child, my only daughter, was born, I stepped away from hospital care. I started a home daycare so I could be with her every day. I later taught the 4th grade for 2 years and then covid hit. I have homeschooled my daughter and my middle son. I have always loved caring for others and teaching children People are my life
