My Sister Lisa referred Shiloh to me after my nanny quit unexpectedly. I needed someone to fill in for a few days while I was trying to figure out next steps. I was grateful that Shiloh was willing to come in at such short notice. Shiloh is very patient and genuinely loves children. I was impressed that she greeted my 5 boys in Spanish even though Spanish is not her first language. We really enjoyed her and will have her come by for date nights. My boys are wild but she managed to get them in order lol. She is very respectful and pays so much attention to detail. I was impressed by how much she thought ahead and asked questions ahead of time. Her communication skills are really excellent. I work in the corporate space and good communication is something we tend to value. She is professional and I appreciated that she had such an upbeat personality! We will be calling her for date nights and whenever she can help.
