I have experience caring for large groups of children from 4 years of church volunteering, as well as frequent babysitting outside of church adding another 2 years. I have 4 years of nanny experience. I have no problem with house keeping or pet care. I am familiar with basic pet care for dogs, rabbits, cats and guinea pigs. I'm a new mom to a lovely 9mo old girl that I'd bring with me to work with your family. I typically charge $18/hr to start and +$2/hr per kid up to 5. I look forward to hearing from you. When China was here, she was fantastic with the kids. She was interactive, energetic, kind, resilient, and knew how to handle my willful threenager! However, she was going through quite a lot of personal life issues at the time, and was late nearly every day. She also was unable to attend her shift for 5 out of the first 6 days she was supposed to be there. I know that life happens, and there is no hard feelings between the two of us whatsoever. However, it's hard on my kids who have just gone through a divorce between their father and I to deal with another person leaving them, and so it's going to do a bit of damage. If she is free of her personal life issues at the time of hire, then you would be lucky to have her watch your kids! It is sincerely disappointing that our employment relationship was unable to work out due to her shifting schedule needs and inability to be there after promising she would be. Again, I want to reiterate that she's an incredible caretaker when she's there!
