I let her go home early because I wasn’t comfortable with how she was with my son. She didn’t seem to know how to soothe him, how to transfer to the crib, wouldn’t give paci to soothe him, finally gave it and then kept shoving it in anytime he got fussy, etc. There also seemed to be a language barrier, which may have caused some of the issues, but I feel that if you are a nanny, you should speak up if you need further instruction on things. We have cameras, so I could see everything going on.
