About Chian

Hi! My name is Chian, and working with children has always been my passion. Ever since I was young, I've dreamed of becoming a teacher and making a positive impact on children's lives. I have worked at Starlight Academy for about a year, where I helped create a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment for children. I am currently pursuing my education with plans to earn my Master's Degree in Elementary Education. I love helping children learn, grow, and build confidence through creative activities, educational games, crafts, and outdoor play. Families describe me as patient, dependable, responsible, and easy to communicate with. I am CPR trained, comfortable maintaining routines and household rules, and happy to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. I look forward to becoming a trusted caregiver for your family!
