With five years of experience as a caregiver, my passion lies in supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I am a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, meal preparation, assist with bathing and adl if needed, and mobility. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide regular updates to families via their preferred communication method.
