About Cheyenne

I like working with kids because they are a bright light in this world. When you make a child feel safe, seen, and secure, there is no better feeling. I've always loved being an occasional babysitter for all ages, but I started working with kids in a larger setting when I was a high school student. I became an aid for community schools at an elementary school in Erie. I'm currently a group leader and I'm looking for a summer job and possibly more! One thing you should know about me is that I love when parents have set rules and boundaries with their kids and they communicate their expectations for while they are away! This makes me feel respected and assured about what is and isn't okay in the home and the how parents want me to direct any challenging behaviors! I also love being able to text with any questions and getting a quick response when possible. My skills include attentiveness, compassion, and creativity
