Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. For the past two years, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, providing them with compassionate care and helping them maintain their independence. I provide in-home care, assist with transportation and errands, manage medications, and offer support with mobility, physical activity, and light housekeeping. I also prepare meals. I am experienced in dementia care, adapting to changing routines, and de-escalating stressful situations. I'm patient, detail-oriented, and always prioritize creating a comfortable environment. I follow each family's preferred communication method. I have some college education, a car, and I am comfortable with pets. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
