I previously worked as a teacher in a school-like setting, where I completed coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and learned to create individualized activities based on each client's needs, abilities, interests, and goals. I am experienced with visual cues, visual schedules, structured routines, positive reinforcement, and helping individuals build communication, motor, social, and daily living skills. I have also cared for toddlers on the autism spectrum. I'm patient, compassionate, creative, and adaptable, and I truly enjoy helping others learn, grow, and become more independent.
