I have hands-on experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting children with autism in both structured and natural environments. In this role, I implemented individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, using evidence-based strategies to support communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. I am experienced in collecting accurate data, managing challenging behaviors with patience and consistency, and building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families. My approach is compassionate, child-centered, and focused on meeting each child where they are while encouraging growth, independence, and confidence.
