About chesney

From a young age, I've known my calling was to work with children. My time in the teaching prep academy during high school solidified this passion. For the past three years, I've had the joy of providing care as a 2-year-old teacher. I am bubbly, passionate, determined, and hardworking in my approach. I keep parents informed through daily written reports, verbal communication at pickup, and by honoring their preferred communication methods. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games. I also love doing crafts with the children. I am comfortable caring for more then one child at a time. I have some college experience as I am currently working online to complete a elementary education degree and have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I am also trained in CPR. I am happy to help with cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
