Cheryl is an amazing nanny who started working with us when our son was 2.5 months old. Within a few days, she was able to identify our baby's cues regarding hunger and tiredness and addressed his needs accordingly. My son had been resisting taking a bottle around the time that Cheryl joined us and she patiently helped him learn and have a smooth transition. She brought a ton of expertise in everything babies while also following any specific directions that I provided regarding diaper changes or playtime. Most importantly, it was clear to us that Cheryl genuinely enjoyed spending time with babies and taking care of them. She is also the most positive person and is always smiling! She is responsible, caring, and trustworthy and any family would be lucky to have her for a nanny.
