I have 3 sons and 1 daughter that I raised to adulthood. Many of those years as a single mother. I have been working as a nanny for 2 families the last couple of years. Through this work my heart was reconnected to my love and joy of caring for children. I innately connect with the littles and am at ease in their presence. I believe when children feel safe in a loving environment, they flourish. Children need to be able to be comfortable in their own skin which develops as they feel free to be their truest authentic selves. I want to nurture the growth of the child by helping them stay connected to their inner child. I believe we all benefit from playing like them. So I play along with children in my care. Along with maximizing teachable moments as they arise. I often hear from moms how grateful they are for me because when I'm with their precious babies, they know they are loved and well cared for. Cheryl worked for us full time for about 2 years. She raised 4 children of her own and has the natural abilities to be that mom figure to others. My two boys were 1 and 3 years old and they just adored her. Cheryl was clean and made sure the kids were engaged, stayed active, ate healthy and didn't watch TV. She always showed up on time and would give advanced notice if there were any schedule changes. Cheryl loves to sing and sang to the kids often. I would highly recommend her to any family. She has integrity, is well grounded and loves unconditionally.
