Cheryl cared for my nana for a year and a half as a live-in caretaker, providing 24/7 support with everything from daily medications and bathing to cooking, cleaning, and companionship. She is incredibly reliable, patient, and attentive - qualities that I value in a great caretaker. What stood out most was Cheryl's consistent communication with my family. She understands the emotions that families go through as they watch their loved ones age. She kept us updated on any changes in my Nana's behavior or health (for example: signs of sun downing), which allowed us to adjust the home environment and ensure safety and comfort. Cheryl treated my Nana with genuine kindness and respect, and my family will always be grateful for the care and compassion. We only transitioned care due to a change in circumstances. I highly recommend her to any family looking for someone dependable, experiences, and truly caring.
